Delivery

Standard

Delivery is free for all UK orders. We aim to send out all orders the next day if ordered Sunday to Friday. Saturday orders will go out on Monday. We use My Hermes, which is a fully tracked service with delivery in 3-5 days. You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched and Hermes will provide you with delivery updates via email. 

Next day 

If Next Day delivery is required, please get in contact with us via email, equinesplendour@gmail.com, we will try our very best to get your order to you quickly via Royal Mail Tracked 24 providing your order is made before midday. Depending on what you have purchased, there will be a minimum extra cost of £8.50 for this service. Please note Next Day does not include Saturday or Sunday.

International

International delivery is available, please get in contact via equinesplendour@gmail.com if you would like a quote for this service.

Please note, import duties may be due for international postage, please check with your local customs office before placing your order as we operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis.    

 

Returns

We hope that you love your purchase from us, however if you do wish to return or exchange an item we will be happy to support you through the process, please get in contact with is via email equinesplendour@gmail.com. Please note our returns policy lasts for 28 days from the date which you received your items, if outside of this time, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. It must be unmarked, free of any animal hair and unwashed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend that you retain a proof of postage certificate and if you are returning an item that is over the value of £20, we also recommend that you consider using a trackable service that has shipping insurance.  Please note that shipping costs are non refundable. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, either your PayPal account or your credit card you used to pay via PayPal.
