We hope that you love your purchase from us, however if you do wish to return or exchange an item we will be happy to support you through the process, please scroll down for more information.

UK RETURNS PORTAL

To start a return or exchange please download, print and fill in our returns and exchange form here and include it in your parcel, if you are unable to print, the relevant information on some paper will suffice.

Please then access our returns portal via this link to organise a label.

RETURNS FORM

To help reduce unnecessary paper waste, we do not print and include our returns form in every parcel, instead we ask that you download it at home and include it within your return parcel. You can download the form here.

What if I don't have a printer? Don't worry! Just write on a piece of paper the relevant details and we will know what to do!

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free UK returns, a deduction of £3.95 will be made from your refund to cover the return postage costs.

UK exchanges are free though for one exchange only.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Please note our returns policy lasts for 28 days from the date which you received your items, if outside of this time, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with its original tags. It must be unmarked, free of any animal hair and unwashed.

Please note we reserve the right to make a deduction or return the item to you if it does not meet the criteria above.

To avoid deductions/returns please ensure you return in an unworn and resalable condition.

EXCHANGES

UK exchanges are free, please download a returns form and include it in your parcel and then access our returns portal to organise a shipping label.

If you need an urgent exchange, we advise you place another order immediately and request a return for your original order with this form.

Please note exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you are concerned about a low stock item and want to make use of the free exchanges, you can email us at info@equinesplendour.co.uk and we will be happy to hold the exchange item for you.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Place your item(s) back in their original postage bag and reseal. Include your returns form within it.

Use our returns portal to organise a shipping label.

Take your item to your local post office.

You can also use Royal Mail's collection service to collect your parcel from home, they are also able to bring the label if you are unable to print. https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems

FAULTY/ DAMAGED ITEMS

We endeavour to supply products that are to the quality you would expect, however occasionally there can be faults that happen in manufacturing. If you believe you have a faulty item, please email us as soon as possible info@equinesplendour.co.uk with your order number and pictures of the issue if you are able and we will investigate and get back to you with a resolution.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

On receipt of your return, we will inspect your item(s) and on approval, will process your refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a email notifying you of the refund. Please allow 7 working days for your refund to appear.

Please note shipping costs are non refundable and if you are returning rather than exchanging, £3.95 will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide return labels for international orders. Please package up your items and include this returns form.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Exchange postage is also chargeable and you will receive an invoice for this before shipment of your exchange item.

Please clearly state on the outside of your return “UK Return, All Tax and Duties Paid”.
