Delivery

Standard

Delivery is charged at £3.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 or £4.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 24. All UK orders over £100 are free of charge and will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

We aim to send out all orders the next day if ordered Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday orders will go out on Monday.  

Any orders that qualify for free shipping will go as Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been despatched. Royal Mail will send email and/or text updates on your parcels delivery depending on the details you have provided.

Next day

If Next Day delivery is required, please get in contact with us via email, info@equinesplendour.co.uk we will try our very best to get your order to you quickly via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm providing your order is made before midday. Depending on what you have purchased, there will be a minimum extra cost of £8.50 for this service. Please note Next Day does not include Saturday or Sunday.

International

Orders sent internationally will be sent via Royal Mail if under 2kg and with Parcel Force if over 2kg and then a partner company in each country on a tracked service. Delivery is normally between 5-7 days but please note it can occasionally take longer. 

USA customers

For orders to the USA, the website will show prices that are inclusive of the duties that are owed once they reach customs. By US law, no shipment can be sent without pre paying the taxes. This means we will pay the duties on your behalf so there is nothing further to pay once you have made your order.

For the rest of the world, we operate on a Delivery Duty Unpaid  (DDU) basis which means the buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be necessary to release an order from international customs. These will be calculated once the parcel reaches your countries customs and you will be contacted to make payment of these before delivery is arranged. Please note we have no control of this so if these are not paid there is risk of the parcel being retuned to us. This can take several months and we cannot issue a refund, minus the shipping cost, until the items have been returned to us.
