We hope that you love your purchase from us, however if you do wish to return or exchange an item we will be happy to support you through the process.

Our returns policy lasts for 28 days from the date which you received your items, if outside of this time, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with its original tags. It must be unmarked, free of any animal hair and unwashed.

Please note we reserve the right to make a deduction or return the item to you if it does not meet the criteria above.

To avoid deductions/returns please ensure you return in an unworn and resalable condition.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, either your PayPal account or your credit/debit card you used to pay.
